How The Program Works

Total Implant Success™ Management & Marketing

How the program works
        Program Philosophy

Our philosophy of implementing high-performance systems with consistent, repeat marketing strategies is the foundation of this sophisticated, customized program. Total Implant Success - Management & Marketing Program is structured as follows:

1. Implant Management & Marketing
Upon receipt of your agreement, you will receive a questionnaire. The information covered by this questionnaire enables us to understand the dynamics of your practice so that we can assess your needs and efficiently plan your management and marketing program. With this information, we can focus on your expectations and criteria for success.

2. Competitor Blocking
You will be allowed to block one implant competitor from working with us throughout your year as a client of Levin Group, thereby reducing the competition in your area.

3. Consultant Selection
Once your questionnaire has been evaluated by the Levin Group Implant Team, including Dr. Levin, an expert consultant will be selected to work with your practice. Each experienced consultant specializes in implant dentistry and has been personally trained by Dr. Levin.

4. The Initial Consultation
Your consultant will set up an initial phone conference to discuss your goals and receive an overview of your practice. This first meeting affords us an opportunity to discuss your specific needs and objectives.

5. Implant Treatment Coordinator Program
On starting the program, you’ll designate a member of your staff to serve as your Implant Treatment Coordinator (ITC). Your ITC serves as the liaison to your referring practices and manages the implant process for patients, so you can do what you do best— providing outstanding patient care and producing revenue.

6. Strategic Marketing Planning
After your practice goals have been established, we work together to create a strategic plan outlining the tactics required to achieve your objectives. At this stage, practice-building issues are specified. We focus on high-performance implant systems, referral relationships, patient/doctor contacts, relationship-building and staff training—everything you need to grow your implant practice.

7. Telephone Conferences
Your Levin Group consultant will schedule bi-weekly telephone conferences with you and/or your Implant Treatment Coordinator. These conferences concentrate on implementing the customized techniques and strategies outlined in your program plan. Your consultant will give the ITC step-by-step methods for increasing referrals, case acceptance and implant production.

8. Monthly Tracking System
We ask that your ITC or another staff member regularly complete our Comprehensive Monthly Tracking Report. This report allows us to fully analyze your practice performance and offer timely advice to maximize referrals.

9. Program Success
Total Implant Success™ requires both high-performance management systems and effective marketing strategies. Working with your ITC, we will streamline the implant process for referring practices and their patients, implement effective referral marketing strategies, and, ultimately, grow your implant referrals, production and profitability.

Throughout the Total Implant Success™ - Management & Marketing Program, your consultant is available for you to call any time when questions or issues arise.
