
The Program
This is a 12-month program with 2 separate components occurring simultaneously. You and your team will attend 2 phases of knowledge-based seminars in a university-style setting at the Levin Advanced Learning Institute in Baltimore, MD or Phoenix, AZ and one at your practice.
Management Consulting
• Phase I
During this initial phase of the Total Implant Success™ Management & Referral Marketing Consulting Program, you and your staff will set goals for significantly increasing your placement numbers. Topics include: Why increase implants? Implant surgical practice assessment, diagnosis of strengths and weaknesses, production analysis, categorization of referring doctors, innovative marketing concepts and implant scheduling principles.
• Phase II
Focuses on the Implant Treatment Coordinator (ITC). This phase of Total Implant Success™ covers the critical area of identifying the ITC who will be responsible for the administration of the marketing components of the program and presenting implant cases.
Topics include: ITC assessment and systemization, ITC roles and responsibilities, time analysis of a step-by-step implant consult, scripting for case presentation, utilizing Levin Group implant communication forms for success, common questions and objections.
• Phase III
Teaches Advanced Implant Selling Strategies. Topics include: 9 steps to growing your implant practice, the difference in implant dentistry, WOW customer service, expanding and improving your ITC program, why patients buy, need-based vs. elective selling and verbal skills and body language.
Marketing Consulting
This is a unique and highly innovative system. It is comprised of an implant marketing team, an implant marketing plan and implant marketing materials. Seventeen Marketing Units are completely developed and ready for your customization. Your consultant, through bi-monthly phone calls, will present to you and your team:
• For Your Referral Base
Communication forms for each step of implementation, the Lunch & Learn Unit for your referring doctors, an implant timeline, sample letters, surveys and implant updates.
• For Patients
Information kits, brochures, implant updates, informative articles and educational/informational packets.
• For Both The Referral Base And Your Practice:
Advertisements, posters, press releases, materials to begin an implant advisory board or start a study club. We will also assist you in selecting the key staff member that you will designate as your Implant Treatment Coordinator.
Continous Consulting
The ITC must be capable of executing the key strategies designed to increase your implant referrals, production and profitability. This staff member is crucial to the success of your implant program! We’ve created all the materials you’ll need. Just turn the key and watch your implant practice grow!
Other Program Specifics
• Every other week conference calls with the ITC and/or Doctor
• Monthly performance tracking forms
• Each marketing unit is delivered to your office on disk with printing instructions
• Your office will customize the material for your specific use
• Some marketing strategies are less complex and can be reproduced in-office
• Some are more complex and will be reproduced by the printer of your choice
