Throughout your customized practice management and marketing consulting program, you and your consultant will have bi-weekly telephone conferences. During these meetings, your consultant will:

Each month, your Levin Group consultant will evaluate your KPIs to assess practice performance, gauge your progress and offer thorough and specific solutions. These regular practice reviews will concentrate on three major areas:

Comparison
- How do your results compare to the goals for your practice?
Action
- Based on the results and the comparison, what actions should your practice take next to reach the goals that you and your Levin Group consultant have established for your practice?
